Assessing Institutional Support to Online Education at Tertiary Level in Bangladesh Coping with COVID-19 Pandemic: An Empirical Study

Institutional support and quality education are linked in a significant way. During COVID-19, institutional is critical to closing the huge academic gap that has emerged as physical practices have been moved virtual system using technology. This research aims assess for online Bangladesh during COVID-19 pandemic. analysis focused on three main elements of adapted model (AMIS) Bond et al. (2007), (ISM) Valverde Rodriguez (2002), namely financial (FS), technical (TS), mentoring (MS). The findings this are, few universities provided average continuing education, while others just started taking classes. Several problems discovered, such lack dedicated software conducting activities, training grooming, mentoring, poor internet access, smartphones, high package rates, so on. study concludes with some policy recommendations smooth Bangladesh.
